Elon Musk isn't the only one interested in the underground

I've always been fascinated with tunnels. As a young girl I went spelunking on a school field trip through several caves in the Ozark Mountains. I couldn't tell you where exactly but I vividly remember one cave that we had to go down through a small opening down into a huge cavern where we camped inside for the night. It was as big as a football field. Another cave we had to wade through red clay almost knee deep. As an adult I visited Montana and we went into a small narrow cave just tall enough to walk upright and narrow enough to be able to touch both sides of the cave with my hands. Probably to the annoyance of my companions, I couldn't help but to sing as we walked because the sound was so amazing in there. Cave resonance I learned recently is a real thing and can be very powerful at healing and accessing our third eye spirituality. If you study religion at all, you know that many mystics and spiritual leaders received inspiration and messages from beyond while spendin...

My cousin Dracula - not joking

Image
Zero F's were given by Vlad the Impaler. Even though his father was the product of his Grandfather's mistress, he was against women who had sex before marriage. Under his reign as King, they were killed brutally - impaled through their vagina's. Their breasts cut off and force fed to their lovers. He also hated beggars. He once all of invited all of them to a feast and then he locked the doors and burned them alive. Enemies of the state were also brutally slaughtered. His army killed thousands of Turkish and Ottomans. He even used biological warfare spreading the bubonic plague against his enemies intentionally. And of course, he impaled a lot of people.  But he was considered a hero to the Romanians and the Pope loved him. He was seen as a protector of Christianity.  The name Dracula came from a secret society his father belonged to called the Order of the Dragon, an organization dedicated to protecting Catholicism.  He is my cousin, but I am happy to say there is a fost...

The real Cinderella story was a little more like the movie "Pretty Woman"

Image
After a very stressful day yesterday I needed a break from reality so I watched the new Cinderella movie on Prime Video. They launched it with Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation so they pretty much had me at hello. It was the perfect elixir for my day. But my brain never really takes a holiday. It was just redirected to a new line of thinking. I started thinking about the longevity of the story of Cinderella and all the remakings. In the story, Cinderella was a commoner who actually came from nobility because her father who passed away was a nobleman. So Cinderella was accustomed to the finer things and would not take no for an answer when it came to going to that ball. You could paint her as spoiled child, or you could paint her as a strong woman who refused to accept her lot in life. In any case, magic intervened to bring her what she wished for. What does this have to do with my blog about my ancestry? Let me explain.  There is a common idea among people with RH negative blood...
