Wellness Wednesday (April 11th 2012)

It's hard to make time for things, isn't it? You probably have a list of things to do. You probably have a routine and a schedule and a calendar with appointments on it. Are you sure that you have the fundamental things on there? Is there anything on there reminding you to eat well? Exercise? Get a massage? What about "me time?" Do you have any of that? You know, like just time to wander around aimlessly exploring or sit in a coffee shop reading a good book? What about lunch with that old friend of yours that just makes you laugh and feel wonderful? I think you better take another look at that schedule of yours. You missed a spot. Here are some cool things to consider for your  new and improved list.

Drink your lunch, in a GOOD way! This is the Berry Berry Smoothie from the Skinny Menu at Smooth & Juicey, conveniently located next to the downtown YMCA on Market Street. The people who work there are like family to me. Go there, be good to them. They are awesome people. :)

I will be at this event all day and so will quite a few of my friends. Come see us!

Last week I got a new shellac manicure from Rosie at Clara. I'm loving the pink! And this is the first nail polish I've ever had that is undamaged when I play my guitar. Life changing! And it lasts for up to 3 weeks!

This is just a small demonstration of what you could learn to do at Poledello. Visit the website to see all the kinds of dance classes they have. Dare to be bold. You only live once!
